Genesis and Teréga Solutions have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop integrated carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) solutions that support the decarbonisation of industrial operations.
The agreement brings together Teréga Solutions' expertise in project development, infrastructure connectivity and CO₂ logistics with Genesis' capabilities in carbon capture and CO₂ conditioning studies. Together, the companies will provide clients with coordinated support during the early stages of CCUS project development.
As industries continue to advance their decarbonisation ambitions, there is increasing demand for integrated solutions that connect carbon capture projects with transport, storage and utilisation infrastructure. Through this collaboration, Genesis and Teréga Solutions will combine their complementary expertise to help clients accelerate project development and reduce delivery risk.
The joint offering will support clients across key stages of project development, including:
- Technical, economic and financial advisory support
- Carbon capture and CO₂ conditioning studies
- Assessment of connections to CO₂ transport, storage and utilisation infrastructure
- Project development and planning support from concept through early project phases
